  • How would Atlantans pay for Beltline rail?

A strict diet of PB&Js for 30 years may be the only answer.

Mobilize the Beltline

The Beltline has an even better future — if only city leaders will embrace it.

The key is to lean into the micromobility that has made it such a success. Hundreds of millions of dollars saved with that approach can be directed toward transit to the Beltline, as well as transit that addresses real mobility needs in an equitable, efficient way.

Time for a Mobility Plan

Atlanta can take charge of its own transit destiny — but it needs an integrated mobility plan to establish the direction that destiny will take. The outdated Streetcar System Plan isn’t enough.

It’s time for the city to embrace a mobility future that coordinates mass transit, micromobility and microtransit.
